PROF. RAZA MIR
Raza Mir grew up in Hyderabad, Prof. Raza Mir grew up in Hyderabad, India, is a graduate of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a PhD from University of Massachusetts. He teaches management at William Paterson University, USA. He is the author of two books -The Taste of Words: An Introduction to Urdu Poetry and Ghalib: A Thousand Desires. ALEYA JUNG
Aleya Jung who grew up in Bombay, India, is from a long line of artists and writersHis Grandfather Hoshyar Jung was a well known writer and was employed in the royal court of the last Nizam of Hyderabad. Aleya's father, Madhosh Bilgrami was also a well known Urdu poet and wrote for many Hindi Films, while his aunt Anees Jung worked at the Times Of India and is a published author - Unveiling India, Penguin. Aleya writes in English and dabbles in Acting.
Aleya's short films include:- Ms. Marvel Crushed (8 minute short available on YOUTUBE)
- "Aloo" 30 minute short- coming of age teenage angst, first generation immigrant -Lead role
- "Happy" Short - Iranian immigrants coming to America and dealing with their clinically depressed child - Lead role
- 2 add films, Soylent energy drink and the other immigration Lawyer
